Very quick delivery on Valentines Day. I ordered in the morning of Valentines Day, and it was delivered within the same hour... very impressive!! Especially for the busiest flower day of the year!

The basket was a lovely arrangement however some of the flowers, not all, began to wilt. Reached out to Florist and spoke with Karen. She did a fabulous job of fixing me up another beautiful arrangement that turned out great. I have done business with this florist in the past and have not been disappointed with the quality of flowers. If so, let them know and they will make it right.

This arrangement exceeded my expectations. I received a call after I placed my order to ensure the flowers I specially requested would be included. I was blown away when I saw the final result. This is not my first order with them and they are always amazing.

What an awesome experience from start to finish! I ordered flowers and within two hours they were delivered! I loved receiving the picture of arrangement once it was completed. My friend was so excited, and the flowers were beautiful. I would highly recommend my new-found friends at Keepsake Florists!

The arrangement was delivered on time and was beautiful, however, not all the names that we needed on the FROM: card, made it onto the card. This is a very important detail and I had to call the funeral home and ask them to add it manually. I also now have to follow up with the recipient(s) and let them know who participated in the condolences.

Barbara, I looked at the order and there must have been some names cut off before I received it online. I put all the names I saw on the order on the card. I hand wrote it in duplicate. I apologize if there was a problem. You should have gotten a copy of the order when we processed it. If you ever see anything we need to update, please give us a call and we are happy to fix it.

This was the best florist experience I have ever had!! I ordered flowers from states away - they updated me with a photo before they sent them to my friend. They sent a message when they were on the truck to be delivered and finally they sent me a photo of the delivery. 10/10 recommend. Will be using for all my Charleston deliveries!

I am in Louisiana and was referred some time ago to Keepsakes Florist by another Charleston-area florist, who was not in the area of the recipient.
On each occasion, the recipients have been beyond thrilled with the quality, lovely arrangements, and outstanding beauty of the flowers.

I am so impressed with Keepsakes Florist. On a service level, they did everything I didn't know I even wanted -- from the picture of the delivery before it went out to the updates all along the way. Then when I received a photo from the recipient, it looked EVEN BETTER. I had ordered cookies and chocolates to go along with the arrangement and they arrived beautifully wrapped together in an open box, complete with tissue and bows. PLUS the arrangement itself was just gorgeous and exactly what I expected based on the website pic. AND the price was totally fair. I will use this florist forevermore!

We all need a breath of beauty. I find such joy in Keepsakes floral statements. The joy in my daughters voice when she receives her arrangements make my heart swell. Thank you Keepsakes for knowing just what we need!!!!!!Beautiful stunning and so personal!!!!!!
